What does NF525 compliance mean in Tempolia?
NF525 is a French reference framework for software that handles invoicing or collection data. Its purpose is to make inalterability, security, retention, archiving and traceability of tax-sensitive data demonstrable. For Tempolia, the retained scope is a web invoicing and business management application with collections, category C: Tempolia is not a physical cash register, but it must provide solid evidence for invoices, payments, exports and sensitive events.
The reference documents used for the Tempolia file include Part 10 of the NF525 framework, R12 for invoices and credit notes, R13 for sales, collections and payments, and R19 for the Technical Events Journal. In the interface, the NF525 compliance page gathers the information needed to understand this scope.
NF525 compliance is not a button used in daily work. It accompanies sensitive actions: invoice validation, payment, export, duplicate, archive, tax parameter change or maintenance operation. The goal is to be able to explain afterwards what was produced, by whom, when, with which status and which technical fingerprint.
